What a great interview! I think the fact that she is so family-oriented comes through in her work; her photos have a real sense of family togetherness. Her photos are incredible!
Completely inspired by this artists body of work. Such great tips for business too. I’ve been in design and photography for a number of years I still find those tips useful.

I love these women in business posts…especially when they’re talented photographers, like Tara. What gorgeous and unique photos!! I love how natural they feel and the vintage coloring, and the concepts are to die for! I love the one with the baby and the baking supplies I would love to know how much her workshops are so I can be saving up!
I loved this post sooo much, I have been a follower of Tara for a little over a year now… she is such a great encouragement to aspiring photograpers, God Bless you and your wonderful gift you capture of memories for others

Heidi, what a great site you have! I loved the interview with Brooke Weidauer (not just because she’s my daughter), but because I learned even more than I knew about her, but what she failed to tell you is what a wonderful daughter, wife, mother and friend she is! Thank you Alex for sharing your wisdom. You have no idea how many of the things you said just hit home for me. I have taken so many notes from this interview. As a growing photographer I struggle a lot with business and building clientele. You should run some business workshops! I know I would fly from Maryland to attend. Love your personality and work ethics. And thank you Heidi for showing us this admirable photographer. I never knew about her until I read this post.
